Day 1: Airport to Colombo

Upon your arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and escorted to your private vehicle. From there, you will be taken to Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. On your way to Colombo, you can enjoy the scenic drive and the bustling city views. Once you reach Colombo, you will check in to your hotel and rest for the day.
Day 2: Colombo to Sinharaja Rainforest

After breakfast, you will head towards Sinharaja Rainforest, one of the last remaining undisturbed rainforests in Sri Lanka. It is home to many endemic species of flora and fauna, making it a popular spot for nature lovers and hikers. Upon arrival, you will check in to your accommodation and have some time to relax. In the evening, you can take a short walk to the nearby stream or just unwind in the midst of nature.
Day 3: Sinharaja Rainforest full day

Today you will spend the full day exploring the magnificent Sinharaja Rainforest. You will take a guided trekking tour to explore the rich biodiversity of the forest. The tour will take you through various trails, streams, and waterfalls, where you can witness the diverse wildlife, including endemic bird species, reptiles, and amphibians. In the evening, you will return to your accommodation and rest for the day.
Day 4: Sinharaja to Sigiriya

After breakfast, you will check out from the accommodation and head towards Sigiriya. En-route, you can stop at various places of interest, such as the Dambulla Cave Temple, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival in Sigiriya, you will check in to your hotel and rest for the day
Day 5: Sigiriya Rock and Minneriya National Park

Today you will visit the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a massive rock structure, which was once a fortress and a palace of a King. The site also houses beautiful frescoes, gardens, and water features. Later in the day, you will visit the Minneriya National Park, which is renowned for its large herds of wild elephants, as well as other wildlife. After the park visit, you will return to your hotel and rest for the day.
Day 6: Sigiriya to Anuradhapura, Mihintale tracking

After breakfast, you will head towards the ancient city of Anuradhapura, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. En-route, you will stop at Mihintale, a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site, to witness the beautiful views and temple complex. In Anuradhapura, you will visit various ruins, ancient temples, and other historic sites. After the tour, you will check in to your hotel in Anuradhapura and rest for the day.
Day 7: Mihintale to Kandy - Temple of the Tooth, Kandy Lake, Botanical Garden

After breakfast, you will head towards the hill country capital of Kandy, which is home to the revered Temple of the Tooth, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will visit the temple complex, which houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha, and learn about its cultural and religious significance. Later, you will visit the picturesque Kandy Lake and the beautiful Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, which has a stunning collection of plants and flowers. After the tour, you will check in to your hotel in Kandy and rest for the day.
Day 8: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya - Haggala Botanical Garden

After breakfast, you'll leave Kandy and head towards Nuwara Eliya, also known as Little England. En route, you'll visit the stunning Haggala Botanical Garden, which is famous for its collection of orchids and roses. You'll get to explore the garden and take in its natural beauty, which includes a diverse array of flora and fauna. After the visit, you'll continue your journey towards Nuwara Eliya, a scenic hill station, where you'll check in to your hotel and have the evening free to relax and explore the town.
Day 9: Nuwara Eliya - Horton Plains and Ambewela Farm

Today, you'll visit Horton Plains National Park, a protected area that is home to a variety of wildlife and vegetation. You'll start early in the morning to reach the park and enjoy a guided walk through the plains. The park boasts stunning scenery, including rolling hills, waterfalls, and unique vegetation. You'll get to see some of the park's highlights, including the World's End viewpoint and Baker's Falls. After the park visit, you'll head to Ambewela Farm, which is known for its high-quality dairy products. You'll get a chance to see the farm and taste some of its produce before returning to your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 10: Nuwara Eliya and Ella to Yala National Park

After breakfast, you'll leave Nuwara Eliya and head towards Yala National Park, with a stop at the charming town of Ella en route. You'll get to explore the town and see its stunning natural beauty, including the iconic Ella Rock and the impressive Ravana Ella waterfall. You can also visit a local tea plantation and learn about Sri Lanka's tea industry. Afterward, you'll continue your journey towards Yala National Park, where you'll check into your hotel and have the evening free to relax.
Day 11: Yala Safari full day

Today, you'll embark on a full-day safari in Yala National Park, one of the largest and most popular national parks in Sri Lanka. The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and a variety of bird species. You'll get to explore the park in a 4x4 vehicle, accompanied by an experienced guide who will help you spot and identify the wildlife. You'll also get to enjoy the park's stunning natural scenery, which includes waterfalls, lakes, and dense forests. After the safari, you'll return to your hotel in Yala for the night.
Day 12: Yala to Mirissa

After breakfast, you'll leave Yala and head towards Mirissa, a beautiful coastal town known for its stunning beaches and whale watching opportunities. You'll check in to your hotel and have the rest of the day free to relax and explore the town at your own pace.
Day 13: Mirissa Whale Watching

Today, you'll embark on a whale watching excursion from Mirissa. You'll get to see some of the world's largest marine mammals, including blue whales, sperm whales, and humpback whales, as well as a variety of dolphins and sea turtles. You'll be accompanied by an experienced guide who will provide you with information about the whales and their habitat. After the excursion, you'll have the evening free to relax in Mirissa.
Day 14: Mirissa River Safari

After breakfast, you'll go on a river safari in the nearby Koggala Lake. The safari takes you through the mangroves and wetlands of the lake. Mirissa is home to many estuaries, lagoons, and rivers that create a unique ecosystem for a variety of wildlife. You will embark on a boat trip to explore the picturesque views of mangroves, birds, and other aquatic creatures.
Day 15: Mirissa to Airport

You will travel from Mirissa to the airport to catch your flight back home. It is advisable to leave Mirissa early to allow for any unforeseen delays and reach the airport on time. The journey from Mirissa to the airport takes around 2-3 hours, depending on the traffic.
