Itinerary

Day 1: Airport to Kalpitiya

Upon arriving at the airport, you will proceed to Kalpitiya, a coastal town in the northwestern province of Sri Lanka. You can take a leisurely stroll along the pristine beaches and enjoy the sunset. Spend the night in Kalpitiya.
Day 2: Kalpitiya

Spend the day exploring Kalpitiya. You can try kitesurfing or windsurfing, go dolphin watching, or take a boat ride to the nearby Bar Reef for snorkeling. Overnight in Kalpitiya.
Day 3: Kalpitiya to Sigiriya

After breakfast, head to Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient rock fortress. In the evening, you can visit the nearby Pidurangala Rock for a stunning view of the sunset. Stay overnight in Sigiriya.
Day 4: Sigiriya

Spend the day exploring Sigiriya. Climb the ancient rock fortress and marvel at the incredible frescoes and architecture from ancient times. Later, visit the nearby Dambulla Cave Temple, a sacred Buddhist site with ancient cave paintings and statues. Overnight in Sigiriya.
Day 5: Sigiriya to Kandy

In the morning, travel to Kandy, a charming city located in the central hills of Sri Lanka. Day 6: Kandy

Day 7: Kandy to Arugam Bay

After breakfast, you will depart for Tangalle, a beautiful coastal town in the southern part of Sri Lanka. On the way, you can stop at some of the scenic locations along the route, such as the picturesque Dondra Lighthouse or the Weherahena Buddhist Temple.
Day 14: Tangalle

You will spend the day exploring Tangalle and its surrounding areas. You can enjoy the beautiful beaches, take a boat trip to see turtles nesting on the shore, or visit the Mulkirigala Rock Temple. You can also take part in various water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, and surfing.
Day 15: Tangalle to Colombo

After breakfast, you will leave Tangalle and head towards Colombo, the bustling capital city of Sri Lanka. On the way, you can visit the historic Galle Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can also stop at a few other scenic locations along the way.
Day 16: Colombo

You will spend the day exploring Colombo, visiting some of its famous landmarks such as the Gangaramaya Temple, the Independence Square, and the National Museum. You can also indulge in some shopping and try out some of the delicious local cuisine.
Day 17: Colombo to Airport

Depending on the time of your flight, you may have some free time to explore Colombo before transferring to the airport for your departure.
